IK wed meet

tho in this class all i do is online, i still kinda prefer to go IK wed meet.
hahaha... never thought i will say such stuff when i first step in uni

theories about my kembang hair

Last few days, I'm down with bad flu, bad cough and slight fever.

And the last few days just have to be the few days my hair was super stubborn like me who refuse to go to pusat kesihatan and super kembang
Mengikut mak saya, rambut yang stubborn aku macam musang
Mengikut adik yang aku masih sayangi pula, macam bird nest -___-''

Anyway, I came out with two theories why is my super kembang last few days

theory no 1.
Since I have slight fever, the heat from my head must have transfered to my hair.
My hair received the heat just like perming hair.
After more than 24 hours of heat, my hair naturally would become sungguh kembang =)

theory no 2.
Since the new semester reopen, one course mate constantly has been telling me,
"saya suka la rambut S.U.E E.R.N"
I guess my hair was more kembang than usual,
literally and fuguratively =)

Please laugh! hahahaha...

At this hour of the day, I still have class.
Class is from 8pm to 11pm.
Anyway, in this class I have access to stable internet connection.
So, I kinda enjoying myself la... =)
I'll definitely look forward to this class =)

Just a moment ago, lecturer was explaining the powerpoint presentation assignment.
After explaining, he said sternly, "If you cut and paste, your marks will be cut and paste too!"
then a student tried to funny by saying, "If don't cut and paste then?"

AJK Keselamatan

Yesterday, my kolej aka hostel had floor meeting for the 1st time for this brand new semester.

As usual, I attended the meeting to get two pathetic merits as a responsible penghuni =)
As usual the few reminders were reminded. Keep the toilets clean, don't make so much noise after 12 am, join more kolej acitvities and blablabla...
As usual, the last semester AJK floor digugurkan.
As usual, a new committee would be elected.
As usual, I used my precious time to reply sms-es and raising my hand only when it was convenient to vote for the new AJK

Then it cam to the AJK keselamatan post, there was a sudden silent.
Out of a sudden, I heard, "Saya calon S.U.E E.R.N!!!"

(the dots are used to prevent stalkers from googling my name and get here! I'm not thinking too much, just in case you think I am paranoid. It happened to me a few times and it freaked me out quite a bit. Hence, whoever wanna blog with my name in it, I will appreciate if you put some dots in between my name =) I learned this trick from Anna the mashpotatomato)

Quickly, I looked up and gave a disagreeing look ;S
Before I could say anything, another 1st year juniour shouted, "yea, dia boleh. Dia tidur lewat."
The main responsibility of the AJK Keselamatan is to make sure the doors and curtains around the block are close at 12am.

And guess what,  I 'won' post tanpa tandingan -__-''
The night owl in me must be very happy for my 'kejayaan'. hahahah...
I have a super low profile life in my kolej and not many penghuni kolej know me yet somehow they know that it is a norm for me to sleep late. It kinda reminded me to behave myself  be a good testimony and there are always stalkers around me try to sleep earlier.

This is my 4th year to have sleeping before 1 am as one of my New Year resolution.
Don't laugh! Nothing is impossible through Him who give me strength =P

Cravings...

Before coming back UPM for my 5th 6th semester, I tried eating as much food as I could to prevent cravings.

On the 1st day in UPM, I craved for maggie mee + egg. Wonderful! 
So I ate maggie mee + egg on 2.30am 1.1.09 as my 1st meal for 2009 =)

and now, I am craving for nasi lemak?!?!?!
of all food, nasi lemak?
I think it's because last few weeks, I couldn't finish the pack of nasi lemak and like tak puas!

Nasi lemak here I came. hahahaa =)

Hey 2009

Hey, everyone! =)
Goodbye 2008, it is finally already 2009!
Big Hey to 2009!
Seriously, it's already 2009! Unbelievable...

Time really flies like a jet plane or maybe faster like a rocket!
Time seems to fly faster and faster as I grew older
I really do wonder why?
Do you know why?

10 years ago, I was still in standard six
Standard six sounds freaking young now
Now, I'm a 3 year student of UPM 
Woosh... yea, I'm a little older =)

Looking back, I know truly God is faithful
Last semester, I was super busy with a lot of random stuff
I did not really make space for God to truly live in me
I was a horrible Bible reader and marvelous promise breaker

Many times I felt so unworthy to call Him - Heavenly Father
I lost count of the times I chose do it my way
Yet, He never failed to rescue me again and again
He just blew my mind with His faithfulness, grace and love

For the past years, I have been writing about the stuff I did for the 1st time
2008? I can't remember much so here is a short list for stuff
In the year 2008, for the 1st time in my life,

• I visited PENGASIH, a center for drug addicts and run by ex-drug addicts =) 
• I counseled an ex-drug addict. It was an awesome, eye opening and memorable experience. Hopefully, he won't be my last ex-drug addict client. Maybe one day, I'll blog a little bit about the whole experience.
• In 2 hours, I have 18 mozzie bits?!??!
  
• I volunteered for One Life exhibition
• Receive my biggest love offering. Oh, Thank you LORD! =D  
• I stayed at 4 different places in just one week =) It was an adventurous week
• After 21 years staying in love Malacca, finally, I went to Portuguese Settlement to admire the Christmas deco =P
  
• er... it's shorter than I thought.I can't recall much now. I think I have quite forgotten about the earlier part of 2008. I'll update if I do remember. hahaha... Hopefully, I'm older and wiser and NOT more forgetful =)

I'm quite scared to walk into 2009 actually
I don't know how am I going to face this hectic semester
I don't know will be able to face my future client for 80 hours!!
I really don't know...

At time like this, I really thank God that I know He is faithful
May I grow stronger in Him and know Him inside out
May I make time to spend together with Him and not FFK the last minute
May I truly live for HIM =)

Though it's freaky to step into 2009,
I'm kinda anticipate how 2009 will turn out!
Amazing? Crappy? Lonely? Adventurous?
Nobody really knows but He does =)

May you and I always be healthy and strong
May you and I make time to rest in Him
May you and I continue to trust, hope and love
May we live a life that will last to the eternity =)

Smile, have faith!
With Him by our side, it'll be a great year!
